- Kept as long as we need it to reply and to run any engagement that follows. Deleted on request.
If you request a resource or subscribe
- What
- Your email address, the signup form used, and the referring page.
- Why
- To process your resource request or newsletter subscription.
- Retention
- Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- How
- We send these details to our newsletter platform. The signup may also add a resource- or newsletter-specific tag to your subscriber record.
If you browse the site
- What
- Anonymous, aggregated usage data: page popularity, referral source, country.
- Why
- To understand which content is most valuable so we can write more of it.
- How
- Cookieless, aggregate site analytics. No cookies. No cross-site tracking. We do not use it to identify you.
If we contact you about our work
- What
- Your name, role and company, and the public business contact details or public professional profile we used to reach you.
- Why
- We use this information for B2B outreach relevant to your role, on a legitimate-interest basis.
- Retention
- Until you object or the outreach ends. If you object, we keep only what we need to avoid contacting you again.
- How
- Reply 'no' to any outreach message and we will not contact you again. You can also ask us where we found your contact details.
